1. Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. Since our products are paper goods, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.


2. How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days


3. Can I personalize a card or design?
At the moment, we don’t offer full customization, but we love hearing ideas! Send us a message; your suggestion might inspire a future collection.
